WineHunter Academy

WineHunter Academy is the training body through which Gourmet’s International organises and manages training courses, refresher courses and food and wine courses. Gourmet’s International is accredited as a training body of the Province of Bolzano for courses financed by the European Social Fund since 2012. In the last year, WineHunter Academy has carried out more than 7,000 hours of training, divided into 20 training projects in the field of updating the skills of employees of local companies and job training for women, long-term unemployed, under 30 and over 45.
The topics covered concern the development of high-level skills in the restaurant and hotel sector and the management and implementation of events.
